A dumb question about ESO+

My current ESO+ subscription ends later this week. I was wondering if I purchased another month... would I receive the 1,500 crowns right on the day of purchase or when the subscription supposedly renews (which is 30th of November)? I really want to make sure of this before the Black Friday sales end!

Edit: I play on the PC version and I'm using Steam.

If you’re on PS4 then you should get them at the time you purchase.

Ah right. I should have mentioned that. I'm on PC, Steam.

You get all the crowns for ESO+ purchase immediately at the purchase, added to your already available amount of Crowns, even if you still have remaining time running on previous ESO+ time.
Life is a ride, like days in a train, cities rush by, like ghosts in the night.
The rhythm of wheels, time fades away, stations of a journey, destination unknown.

You get the crowns when your renewal begins.

Else everybody could buy renewals and cancel their sub during ESO+ to get free crowns.

Blending the disciplines of the stealthy agent and subtle wizard, I move unseen and undetected, foil locks and traps, and teleport to safety when threatened, or strike like a viper from ambush. The College of Illusion hides me and fuddles or pacifies my opponents. The College of Mysticism detects my object, reflects and dispels enemy spells, and makes good my escape. The key to a nightblade's success is avoidance, by spell or by stealth; with these skills, all things are possible."

Some many answers. Let make it simple.

When they take your money you get the crowns.

The day your card is charged is the day you get the crowns.

F2P, B2P, etc. are valid, proven business models - but subscription is the one that fits ESO the best, given our commitment to freedom of gameplay, quality and long-term content delivery. Plus, players will appreciate not having to worry about being "monetized" in the middle of playing the game, which is definitely a problem that is cropping up more and more in online gaming these days. The fact that the word "monetized" exists points to the heart of the issue for us: We don't want the player to worry about which parts of the game to pay for - with our system, they get it all."

Okay, but do they charge the card right away, or do they charge the card on the start of the new sub month(s)?

They charge your card at the beginning of the subscription month. For example my new month started yesterday so that is when my credit card was charged and that is when I received my crown stipend.

I purchase the subscription by the month. If you purchase larger blocks then when they charge you for a new subscription block.

You get the crowns when you get charged. You get charged when the renewal is up.
