This is actually two question at once and i usually not like to make these but Its neccesery.
So question #1 - Hopefully not im the only one who got no ouroboros crates from this weekend?
2# - why does the support is slow? . (yes the grand question) I had a ticket what they answered after 2 week. And now im having an another which stated as we will connect you soon... Really..

I've missed 3 drop things now... meaning I've watched 3 different streams, and no Crates.if I could make another character, their name would be Cries-For-Character-Slots. AKA, I need more.
