Starting out - Do I play Xbox Eu/NA or PC Eu

So I have played the game a little before on PC and xbox EU but never stuck to it cause didnt have the time due to kids etc but i have more time now and I want to play the game full time now. I would prefer play Xbox cause its easier and my PC isnt great, however I am from Ireland, so I was going to play EU Xbox but people telling me not to bother cause of the population.
What would you do if you were me? I am afraid the ping for Xbox NA would be too high and I am afraid my PC isnt powerful enough to run it properly cause its old.

SwoopIM✭✭✭Can you upgrade your PC? PC is great and many of the add-ons available on PC are superb! Maybe Santa will bring you a new PC for Christmas?

✭✭✭✭Pc EU community is very active. Though obviously if your pc is bad at handling games(eso is not very demanding but still you need half decent hardware because bad optimization) you might want to stick to xbox.0 -
KingofAnnwn✭✭✭I see more chatter on PC EU than on Xbox EU. Obviously PC has great things like Add-ons etc. I only play Xbox more ATM because I'm currently working at home.Xbox One (Very Rare)
