From Grahtwood to Greenshade

Hi,
I'm currently 23.5, and (imo) have completely finished Greenshade quests, skyshards, lorebooks ( only stuck on main quest there, it is bugged );
can I go to the next zone already? Or where do I get the miss xp?
I also did all 3 dungeons for this level range.

darkkterror_ESO✭✭✭Surely you don't mean that you finished Greenshade at level 23? I was level 24 by the time I finished Grahtwood, which comes before Greenshade. Did you get them mixed up?1 -
stryderzz✭✭✭i think he got them mixed up, i'm lvl 27 and haven't finished greenshade yet, OP yes you can leave grahtwood at lvl 23 and be fine, go for it
