As an ultimate is it useable on a stamsorc or is the damage scaled off Magicka? Thanks. Probably a dumb question

✭✭✭✭Overload is an ultimate, like all ultimates, the base damage scales with whatever is higher, including crit. The only thing you miss is penetration and champion points.Edited by Lightspeedflashb14_ESO on November 24, 2018 5:12AM0 -

Yes, since overload is lightning damage, it will use spell penetration and not physical penetration.0
