Maybe they’re new and don’t know, maybe it doesn’t show up. Synergies are often really buggy.

😂 The best is magplars, healers or dps, who don't try to keep 100% uptime on shards and just throw them out once or twice the entire dungeon. One of the highest potential per-cast damage spells in the game and they don't even bother.
I love healers who supply shards between trash mobs. Well that was a good excuse before they improved them. A lot of these people aren't popping stuff they're standing on. It's normal to miss one or two, but to miss ever single one, potentially dozens over the course of a dungeon, is just not trying.
As for not knowing, I'm seeing this from CP capped players. A lot of them are even 1100+. It hurts my brain.
Yeah, I also noticed with my dk tank, that very few people in pugs activate the synergy on my talons... I also don't see the point wearing alkosh there, it's juts the occasional shards here and there, very rarely see any orbs... (although do I agree, that for healing in a 4 person dungeon orbs are overkill, the regeneration from the resto skill like is good for hot)
