Does strife's healing stack?

The nightblade ability, strife, does damage to an enemy instantly and then heals you for 25% of the damage done every 2 seconds for the next 8 seconds (so you regain 100% of the damage done as health over the duration).
If you use strife multiple times - either on the same target or on seperate targets - does the healing stack from each use? So for example if I deal 50 damage with strife on one target, then 50 damage on strife with another target, will I really be gaining 100 health or just 50 health?
On a semi related note, one of the morphs for strife says that the added effect heals a nearby ally. Keyword "a" - the tooltip after morphing, however, claims that it heals two nearby allies. Which is it?

It still does not stacked, I was really bummed out when i tested this back in beta. but then again imagine trio nightblades gank squad who spam this with resto staff.
