well thank god Germany is not far from my countyr where i live now, but i have a german place too so :D i just have to go there to pick the price if i won wich i hardly doupt anyway xD and i can bring my price wheer ever i want :D it is good to have 2 places to live in sometimes. call it illegal or what ever but my German home is my perma home and Hungary is just temporaly so its not illegal at all and i can still particapate. but on the record i dont think it is fair to exclude almost every other countries from EU and USA and rest of the globe is not a fair thing.

@Donatelllo Imperials are locked behind a paywall, our homeland is in tatters, and all the alliances and other races hate us, yet this thread is what wakes you up to racism within ZOS?

OMG! I think I finally realise what is going on! You are living under a rock!
You only need three things in life: love, a cold drink, and a sense of humour. : Said the guy who owns this account (Sorry I don't have a better role model who's quote I could steal instead)

Hell im in florida USA and i cant enter any contests zos hosts... real slap in the face i clan pay money amd play the lotto but can't enter a us made games contest becuase my government is anti gamble how is ot gambling if its free to enter

Florida isn't anti-gambling, ZOS's legal department are just lazy af. To operate a sweepstakes with a total prize value over $5000 in FL and NY you need to be bonded and register the sweepstakes in that state, that is it. They just can't be bothered and so we get screwed.
Apart from they would need to do it for 195 countries, every time they do it. Each country is also going to likely be a different set of hoops as well.

We can all speculate all day but the most we know from ZOS is Gina's old confirmation that it is due to local sweepstake rules.

I didn't say anything about other countries, I pointed out that FL and NY are left out due to sheer laziness. If they're not even willing to go through the relatively minor trouble of getting bonded to at least make the contest available in all 50 US states its no surprise that so many other countries are left out as well.

    NYer with questions here.
Assuming you are correct about why the exclusions, how exactly is this ZOS fault (or laziness)?
If the other 48 states can get along fine without such restrictions, why does NY and Florida feel the need to place unnecessary burdens and blockades on such things?
Honestly, if I were doing the contest, I wouldnt jump through hoops for them either.
If NY and Florida cant be bothered to fall into line with the rest of the country, making things more pleasant for their residents, then this is something their residents should fix.
Certainly not ZOS problem, or obligation, to go out of their way to appease them.

This game is sold world wide (so not just a state issue) and majority of the player population could not enter it.. They did it last year and got backlash over it..... So far enough, simple mistake

But to do the same thing again 12 months later is excluding a precentage of the player base knowingly.

So yes, its 100% zos's problem this time
