Before we get any more expansions, please let us choose which "begging quest" we want.

If I want to start a new character under the vanilla begging, I should have that option, same goes for morrowind or any future expansions. ZOS please give people the option of choosing what expansion/vanilla start quest they get. This isn't some new feature that'd take a lot of time to develop, it's a basic exception that the devs have not handled. I can overlook many smaller exceptions like with gamepad UI conflicting with certain things, but by now we should really have the option of what expansion or vanilla start we want.

I understand not wanting new players to be like "But I bought [Chapter]! How do I get there?!"

However, the current system leaves new players in the lurch with continuity.
They often don't know that to do to start the Main Quest which leads straight into the faction quests. And Morrowind is very much a prequel to Summerset.

Personally, I prefer the Main Quest beginning because it explains a lot of things that otherwise don't make sense, like respawning, skyshards, and wayshrines.

I agree i much rather start in the base game starting point than whatever chapter is currently the starting point. Quest wise. i prefer to do most content in the order it was added to the game rather than last first and first last.
