Lag is super bad, and it doesnt seem to be getting any better...

Maybe this can help zos? You short on funds for a working server? How much ya need so i can set a good target goal to get these servers working again!

At this point, its not lack of money preventing ZOS from fixing the lag. So no, I'm not paying them more.

The money would probably be funneled back to Bethesda Softworks and used on the development of FO76. It seems ESO's funding is on the backburner while the parent company fiddles with its newest project.

It sure sucks to see your favorite pastime go swirling down the commode while you are powerless to stop it though. I feel for you Jack.

I did a bg session this morning and i lagged really bad in a couple of them. I'm planning to play more bgs this weekend, if it continues then it's time for a new hobby. I'm not gonna put up with this sort of mediocrity from a company that has the resources to fix the problem.

Are some of us not doing that anyways by subbing to them? or others who like shiny reskinned rubbish on Crown Store.

They get plenty of cash, they would just rather bolt on more dlc that is finished in a few hours or days, ignore most feedback, and oh yeah, almost forgot.

    More Shineys on Crown Store.

Zenimax is the parent company to Bethesda good sir. So ye, that's not the problem. There are just corrupted files somewhere that they will have to fix.

Jack i appreciate your passion and love your streams but man pvp is dying. Saturday night DC wasnt even capped when i zoned it on Vivec which is the main server on Xbox. I am not sure how many are playing on the other 2 platforms but they arent even filling 1 pvp server anymore on one platform. They arent going to invest or spend much more time on PVP, its becoming a lost cause really. They had a gem and lasted for a while but was suprised tonight when one they cant even fill up 1 server anymore at primetime on Saturday night.

No, this would actually be counterproductive most probably. They would just take the money and use it to keep the agenda of content and crown store items going even stronger, or just use it for some other game, you would actually do more harm than good, and anyway, if they can afford to give away daily rewards, a free dlc, and a notable house, i really doubt they have monetary problems.

Look, iv'e said it before, eso is not a good game, it;s an enjoyable game at best, and zos doesn't really seem to care about making a quality game, so have fun in this game while you can, but i would suggest looking for other games in the next few months.

The money they get will just like the eso+ money go to reskinning mounts for the crown store. At this point, the pvp population is already so small that there is no point to invest in better performance.

Yea, as i said before they don't need a go fund me, what they are doing is intentional, the do not care, or at least the higher ups don't and would rather just make money through content and the crown store.

You got it all wrong, they are working on fixing things. At least that's what they said before Morrowind, and before Wrothgar.

Think of where things might be if they really fixed things at the start.

    What a shame

Eventually, someone in the studio is going to go hunting for that guy that is fixing things and discover he has been working for another studio on a different game for the last two years.

that game is a steaming pile of dung. from concept to implementation at least ESO came out swinging. FO76 just laid down and collected the pay check.

How much more do they need?
I thought microtransactions were supposed to be the answer to fiscal crisis issues, unless the proceeds are being diverted completely from 'upkeep' and shunted directly into 'profits'.

I believe the population is 'small' mostly because the performance is so bad.
It's the dragon eating it's own tail, poor performance leads to lower pops which justifies them ignoring performance because the population is shrinking, etc.

We're becoming less of a community and more of a cash cow, until nobody bothers to come here anymore because people get tired of having to deal with server issues they were hoping would be fixed after all this time and all these promises.

Like in PvE - I'm less inclined to believe that they have done much proactively to combat bot-trains and more inclined to believe that bot-trains are less lucrative for the bot-masters because the player base is losing the interest and drive anymore to need/want the bot-product.
