I'll give a cookie cutter magblade bomb build, just not sure on skills. Warmaiden, VD, Slimecraw, stealth potions WILL help here even with nb cloak. CP all about increasing damage to one target and buffing a few magic damage skills...I used it to bomb a couple of times, but couldn't get the hang of stealth.

Warmaiden's is farmed from the Vvardenfell Ashlander Dailies or in Vvardenfell in general.

Ty for replies have full divine/infused spinners somewhere so probably use it with VD then n 1 piece kena/balorg. Anyone know how to do the bomb lol i know proxy and soul tether timed together is that it though or is more needed ty.

@ATomiX96 does balorgh buff the ultimate then? I thought it wud be better for 1 kena 1 balor, also i plan to get psyjic skill for speed so cud i dump tri stat go all mag for extra dmg. With jewellery go infused or mag. ty for reply

Spinners(divines) or warmaiden, VD jewellery + dw(nirnhoned and sharpened) infused jewellery spell damage w/resto back bar 2 Balorgh

Weapon Glyphs don’t matter as you won’t be in combat long enough for it to proc.

Duel wield is the way to go regardless of destro or tether just for the bonus from the passives. I’ve tried using destro but it didn’t hit as hard as duel wield does

You always want to make sure you have an Assassination ability on each bar for the extra crit damage.

Practice your timing first. The proxy det is roughly 8 seconds before it explodes which means you want to time it so that it goes off at the same time as you activate your soul tether. (Roughly zero seconds...)use sap essence to clean up any leftovers.
The only downside about a tether bomber is that you only get one shot at it.Don’t be disheartened if you fail. People starting off will fail 99.9% of the time! I recommend using one dagger and one sword (sword for 2.5% dagger for extra crit)
generally you want to find a group that is grouped closely together and have their guard down. (Repairing doors, after taking a rss etc) The best way to learn is to find someone who is a bomber and pick their brain. Generally, they will be able to set you up with a good cp set up.
Unfortunately I switched to destro and cannot remember the cp set up for tether but you want to focus on crit, direct damage, penetration, and then magic damage.
You can also watch YouTube videos but it doesn’t show you the 60% of fails that occur due to either bad timing (activating ult early), the group separating just before the bomb goes off or just bad rng. Even the slightest bit of lag can make or break the bomb.
