Can't log in for past 3 days

Hello! I can't log in into the game, it says either "An error has occurred, try again later" or "Check your internet connection". I tried rebooting my router, pc, deleting Addons folder and SavedVariables, Addonsettings too. Nothing works. The game was running perfectly 3 days ago.

I can login to NA, but not EU.

I had a similar issue on PC-EU, though it fixed itself after a day, and then when it happened again, a couple of hours. I sill don't know what happened >:(

I might be having same problem atm. I couldnt enter cyro or log out so I closed game. Now I cant login to EU server. I keep getting error. However, it connects to US just fine

Edit: might've been wrong actually as after 50+ attempts it let me log in

Again I wasn't been able to log in for few day in a row with "An error has occurred" message and now I will not get Murkmire as daily login reward. And that is very-very disappointing.

I have not been able to log in at all either for the last 2 days.......... tonite will be the third as well for daily log in rewards . I submitted a ticket & they responded by giving me data that is not even related to the issue at hand. Now of course they have the Clockwork city event starting today & I can't even get loggeg in.

I/m getting Error 12. They say to "repair" So I click on the repair button the verifying of files is long process but does work but as soon as it starts or tries to download thats when the launcher freezes up & then it states download stalled & then the launcher eventually disappears from screen. Everything was fine up until about 2 nites ago. What changed?? Had to be on their end, cause I never changed a thing.

Same issue. I was able to log into Summerset on one character, and thereafter cannot log into my character currently in Mirkmire. I get "An error has occured" or "check your internet connection."

I would think if it were add-ons that I wouldn't have been able to log in successfully once.

Tried rebooting PC, Modem, Router... nothing made a difference.

Tried using 32 bit client instead... no difference.

Before I start uninstalling add-ons that I have spent years fine tuning and wiping out all my settings, I would like to know why you suggest this as a solution. Some specific reason or is that just the generic answer you give for any issue?

Well I have spent more than 20 hrs from 2am this morning (11/15) to 10:06pm trying to resolve this issue and to no avail. When are you going to step up to the plate support & get a answer to my ticket!! I'm missing out on the Clockwork City Event with event tickets , double rewards for daily logins, previous daily log in rewards prior to the event even starting and a whole lot more !!!

You don't have to delete addons completely. Just rename folders Addons and Saved variables, and file Addonsettings. Or store them somewhere and test if it will work.

OK, that was it, I can now log in on all characters. I must have a bad Add-On somewhere. Thanks SeiSama for your suggestion.

Same issue here. Can get logged on, but no luck trying to load any of my characters... maybe if I try 30+ times trying to login one of them I MIGHT be lucky. Its got nothing to do with your individual ISPs hardware or anything else in your vicinity.

Why?
I'm in South Africa, thousands of miles away and having the exact same issue trying to get logged on to EU?

Solution?
Give up trying to play this game... I'm struggling more than a month getting logged on. There are tons of better supported and stable games out there to find then to entertain this trainwreck of a game's inability to at the very least be online...

ZOS' faq's, procedures, suggestions and tickets are a waste of time, they are just getting you to kick the can down the road. I'm pretty sure support and the community managers know they are just letting their loyal players running in circles.

For me trying to logon to this game is turning out to be a mini-game in itself... I have better luck getting mount drops with free crates then successfully logging in to any of my chars.

I mean seriously, more than four years and you STILL cannot get logging-on right??

I can't login again today. This is becoming too annoying to be fun. And I just recently purchased Summerset.
