random lag spikes pc/na

as the title suggests, I have been getting random lag spikes the past 4-5 days and it's unplayable at times.
my usual ping is 300ms+ and it's OK-ISH but when it goes over 500... nope, can't even bar swap.
my internet speed is normal. what's odd is my partner who uses the same internet connection while sitting right next to me does not seem to get the spikes when I get them and vice versa.
anyone else experiencing the same?

My usual is 100-150, vivec pvp anyways, but yesterday i noticed it would jump to over 400 with no one around or very few people (I’ve never had this issue before)

It would last a few minutes, not very long but still annoying

This happens randomly when ever loading into a new area, more often in busy places. It can even happen in my own house or dungeon instances. What I do to fix it is reload the area until the spikes are gone. Can use a door, travel to a player or log out and back in. Reloadui does not seem to work. Annoying to say the least.

It has been like this for me for weeks now and I put it down to a routing issue with the Akamai network. Hard to get ZoS to acknowledge the problem let alone fix it.

since murk its been bad for pve... it use to just be pvp for me now its both and I DO A LOT OF CONTENT... its sad ZOS isnt listening to us as far as i know. love the game hate the lag crap.

Yeah, I've been booted to the login screen a ton of times today. (PC/NA)
First no internet connection.
Next is error 200 (7:4:178:597).
Then saying I'm already logged in.

It's when porting between zones, including to a house and also when changing toons.

Edit: just been booted again. (5:40 pm)

Edit 2: Booted at 5:53 pm error 108 (7:5:315:0)

It's the same thing for me. I can't play and it's very frustrating (ESO +).

Confirmed. Latency will spike at random (but regularly, often several times a minute), the game will occasionally disconnect, and ambient ping delays now average about 50% higher than before (a month ago 90ms was typical, now its 140ms or so).

This did not start for me when Murkmire went live, it was days later. I am a Comcast/XFinity user.

Glad someone posted. I was afraid Comcast had done something dumb to the network in my area. Sounds instead like Zenimax's server-side provisioning has been "improved".

I have been trying to do my pledge's but the lag in dungeons is just insane and the whole team is complaining so I know its not just me, farming mats and open world quests my ping is fine ( 50-65 ping) I go in a dungeon and my ping is hitting 700+

this has only started today for me but it needs sorting

Same here for PC/EU pledge Wayrest sewers 1 is completly unplayable this is happeneing while i am typing this.......
