Won't let me choose preferred method of payment

I logged onto my account like the announcement told me to but nothing popped up about choosing my preferred payment method is that just a glitch with the site?

Uriel831Soul Shrivensame problem. I havent digital version. I bought box version of game, but havent physically it in hand (is on the way from seller). In account only way to choose preferred payment is in store. If i set 30 days access and set my adress and pay pal method i must pay full prise for digital standard version not only 12 euro acces. I am not confirm it, but why i must paying if i had preorder version with 30 days included. Can someone help us? What we can do .0

Mancuso✭✭✭This is apparently a known issue for digital downloads. Put in a ticket and hope for the best. My wife and I both have this problem with our accounts.0 -
cerndogb14_ESOSoul ShrivenI am also having an issue with the digital download "preferred payment method". I try to access my account, but get a page that is down for maintenance.
Also, I noticed that a lot of peoples userid is showing up <userid>b14_ESO. Not sure if this is for those folks with the dig. dl but thought it was strange....0
