Unable to initialize connection to Steam (Login error)

Can't login this past 30 minutes. Never seen this before. PC.

Just now. Infinite loading screen from CwC to Summerset and this warning afterwards.

Same here (without steam), infinite loading and unable to come back.

Another warning

But NA server is working OK (on that first and now on second warning)
I quite my play on NA cos my character lvl's were reseted just like they do it on PTS all the time.

I had trouble logging out. When I have tried to do that, I ended up on the log in screen, rather than the character selection screen. When trying to log back in, I do manage to get in the character selection menu but when trying to load a character, I end up in a loading screen which results in the game telling me I'm already logged in.

I h ave not been able to login in on my PC since last night. I get an infinite circle then ESO is not responding message. This is not on STEAM.
