But the question is pretty unclear, and hard to answer...
Its depending on your group setup (range, meele), the dungeon you're running, the players skill and ofc RNGjesus.
For Example, vSCP HM is a bpain in the butt as meele, since you have to run to the iceadds to kill them fast enough, while ranged DD's can just run to their safespot and DPS on the go...so all meele DPS have a harder time, ergo they can perfom worse than ranged.
But also the opposite can be true, example vWRS 1 HM, the endboss jumps arround, therefore running out of your groundbased aoes, because the ranged dont have to stay at meele range, and can DPS from afar (safe from ther spin).

The largest issue with veteran dungeons dlc or not is not specifically classes and sub classes, it's the user in control of them. You could have the best character and gear ESO had to offer but if someone refuses to learn and abide by or contribute to a certain mechanic(s) then it doesn't matter what character you have.0 -

true there are only a few stamDK's left, but magDK's arent many more atm...due to other meele classes beeing able to simply outDPs DK's atm.

I think I probably agree here, but not committing to a vote. Haha. I too have done undaunted 9 on all 10 specs as well. I found mag warden to be the most annoying, but I did it as a healer, and no secret, healing is my least favorite role. I much prefer to heal 4 man stuff on my templar (or NB if the group is really good).
I also found mag warden to be the most painful of the 10 in terms of VMA clears as well. Super tanky, but the damage was Meh... Might not be the hardest flawless achievement of the bunch, but least enjoyable for a basic clear IMO. I saw mechanics I had completely forgot existed.0 -
Krayl✭✭✭✭✭Can't speak to any specific classes; i imagine the 'lowest dps' class is the answer when you're removing all other variables.
Some people here saying "mag warden" but I don't know if that is being very fair. They bring a lot of utility to the table. Certainly it's been proven their dps isn't on par with other classes, but with the same gear and skill you're pitting them against, they will do fine in vets.
I get weary about the group makeup if there are two stam dps, especially if they are the same class. You're just exponentially diminishing your chances of successful sustained dps on many fights by having redundant skills and dps that needs to be stuck to the bosses butt.Edited by Krayl on November 13, 2018 12:30AM0 -

✭✭Yes, lets all jump on the mag warden is bad train. I am sure you can all feel the minutes going by when having to do dungeon on class that performs like 7% worse than all other setups
Any class with access to own penetration debuff (fracture/breach) and minor berserk performs by default better in dungeons, this goes double for warden with AoE penetration debuff and quite high AoE DPS, obviously all based on use of deep fissure. Any dungeon on mag warden is impossible to go worse than on magDK or magplar or even non PET/nonlightning magsorc... 0 -

Not to mention that it's highly role specific. I mean, a stam DK trying to be a healer is going to epic fail vet hard mode dungeons, and a magicka warden healer is quite good.1 -

most are underperforming, because of 2 reasons mainly:
-low or no CP
-not much exercise what they are doing
to solve both problems it needs exercise, exercise and exercise and both will come in time
so let us help them getting it! my plee, though Hodor didn´t take me on a tour, and I asked them enough

zTrok✭✭✭Stamina SorcererMagden isn't as bad as people make it out to be, mainly a matter of grasping the playstyle of it, and knowing how to use it properly. Sustain was overall buffed last patch, and can use Nothern Storm/Destro Ult while only incurring a 2-4k dps loss from bear. Overall dps is relatively nice, being able to hit close to almost every other class. I voted stamsorc due to where it currently is, with low sustain, and generally lower single target dps compared to some stam classes.0

I think someone else already mentioned that any class can complete vet HM dungeons. Pick a class and master it. Then run it. At the end of the day run what's fun for you.2 -

It's usually whatever class is played by players that care about questions like this when they are pugging daily pledges.
