Does Medium Armor needs updated passive to grant increase movement speed always not only in sprint

Athletics passive from Medium Armor : Increases your Movement Speed while using Sprint by 3% and reduces the cost of Roll Dodge by 4% per piece of Medium Armor equipped.
Please remove the while using sprint. The percentage can be lowered to avoid to much movement speed in the game but sprint is not often used in battle. How can it be that Heavy Armor can have the same movement speed in battle than a medium armor toon. I think in general the Armor skills are in a good place however I cannot reconcile that movement speeds between heavy and medium is the same. What do you guys and girls think?

✭✭Medium needs increased movement speed but don't change increased sprint speedI think medium is in a very good spot for solo play at the moment, and only needs really small tweaks.
Perhaps splitting Athletics into 1% movespeed + 2% sprint speed per piece of med would be enough. Total speed whilst sprinting would be exactly the same as before, but we'd have an extra 5-7% movespeed when walking.
This could allow medium builds to drop 1 swift trait for some other option (more WD from infused, more resists from protective) in order to compensate the deficiencies of med vs. heavy. Or simply enjoy the extra speed, as it is.
Alternatively, just increase the immunity duration of shuffle to 0.6 seconds per piece of med. Another form of mobility that's just as important.

Prior to Murkmire, there were certain folks that I could NOT, for the life of me, land a Dizzying Swing on... when people are moving that fast that it completely negates a skill that is heavily used, sorry but something needs to change.
On the flipside, I do think the nerfs went a bit too far... hopefully in time ZOS will do some more adjustments.
