Psijic Portal drops in Murkmire
Every Psijic portal I find in Murkmire drops only enchanting stones like a normal Enchanting node...no gear or anything like all the other Psijic portals.

Happens more in new DLC's because more people are in that zone. I have found only one with everything in it. It spawned while I just happened to be next to it.

Would be frustrating if it were true - but it's not.
I've actually camped a couple of rune nodes to find out the truth. The OP is correct. They drop the pulverized amber and the runes only. No set gear, no motifs etc. They truly ARE bugged.1 -
I had a portal spawn right in front of me and the only thing I got out of it was enchanting materials. Quite disappointing.
