Some questions on the Witches Festival

This is my first time doing an event in ESO, and I feel a little bit lost.. I am wanting to gather items for the rewards and the Indrik mount, but I'm not sure where to even begin. I'm not even sure where to go to see the rewards.

Right now all I have is a regular Plunder Skull I got from a delve, but I'm not sure what it's for, where to take it, or how to get the items I need for any of the rewards, and I really want to gather the required items to get the Indrik feather.

Is there a detailed guide I could read? Or could someone help me?

The Plunder Skull you got is the reward. It's a box/crate like you get from various dailies. Open it up and get your stuff. Then go get more skulls.

First off welcome to ESO. The event tickets are new even to us vets. If you press b and look at currencies you will probably already see that you have 1/12 event tickets. Simply talking part in the event, which you did since you have a plunder skull, that will automatically give you your 1 ticket for the day. Continue doing this each day and when you get to 10 you can buy the feather from the impresario and save these to combine all 4 at the end of the year for your mount. Hope this helps.

You use the memento from the crown store to get a 100% XP boost and disguise yourself as a skeleton.
Then you kill bosses and get Plunder Skulls.
The first one from each type of boss is a Dremora Plunder Skull which contains a motif piece.
The first Dremora skull you get each day also gets you an event ticket.
10 event tickets can be traded for an Indrik feather, which will eventually get you a new mount.

That's all there is to it. Get the XP boost, kill bosses, get an extra loot container.

Will you be able to get the feather at another time? I got the event tickets but was not able to get my feather. I had some family stuff going on and was unable to get back on before the last day. I am hoping that I can get the feather some other way or another time. I have 11 event tickets. I love ESO.
I am looking forward to the next event!

Yes, the feathers remain on sale at the impresario during future events.
