magsorcs, in pvp are you wearing heavy or light?

im trying to stay in light but its just too squishy. How are you guys surviving nerfmire? you sticking with light but putting more into def or going heavy and putting on dmg?

    Light. Be smart about your exposure to the enemy, keep maneuvering defensively, and punish targets who get too close.

    If you get overwhelmed, you were too close to the zerg, wards or not.

    Tbh, I'm finding it alright so far, not much of an issue aside from heal. Healing is a pain since healing ward got nerfed, I'm finding it really difficult when it comes to critical situation when I need to get my health up, there are no skills that unlike DK, templars, NB etc have where they can instantly heal up.

    I run 1 heavy 1 med 5 light, but aside from heal, they're still really fun, don't listen to what them cry babies say, I'm still killing ALOT of players, just takes a lil longer, it's all on how you play. But cant restore health when needed is my biggest issue 🤦🏾‍♂️

    Before anyone else talks about other heal skills, they're shite, used em all, not worth using at all lol

    1 heavy, 1 medium, the rest light. Only changes made after Murkmire was taking all the CP I had in shield improvement and put it into defense.

    I cant do it im gunna have to go heavy. lights literally dead. even from just general damage. group member tried to res me like 5 times, i told them to just stop trying and res;d at the get then logged out. This is so pathetic

    is the bastion in cp useless now? or does it pay to have a little points put into it?

    I made me a new build I run 5 light 1 med and 1 heavy but I run thunderbug, Netch's Touch and Slimecraw or Valkyn Skoria sometime Ilambris and have 22k resistances with 25k hp and 32k magicka with a 3500 spell damage and do fine and I even run shields when I use boundless storm to boost my resist's to 27k so I am good. Oh and 2200 crit resist's as well so I am fine I might die from being over whelmed in combat but not to often.

    I have a 5 light 1 heavy 1 medium build out. I am not willing to give up my light armor passives. I wish I could offer some advice to you but honestly I have none. I came here hoping to find some though. For now it's best if I keep my distance from the fight, surf the zerg, avoid 1v1 with stam builds, or run.

    invest into critical resistance, you should be looking to reach for like 2.5-3k crit resist in cp environment, also in terms of raw resistances, boundless storm +5280, monster sets like bloodspawn are always a decent shout, havent tried pirate skeleton yet but im pretty curious how it would work tbh.

    currently im looking around flat 3k crit resist, and 22k spell resist, 19k phys resist when blood spawn procs in CP environment, if you still feel squishy try protective jewels? idk.. just experiment a bit around and dont just metahump.

    Running heavy with Chudan so I have an extra bar slot. Far superior to light imo. Actually feels stronger then pre-nerf sorc.

    Before this patch I was already wearing Rattlecage and spinners. Worked before and it's working now...

    Light. Shield is actually larger after the patch and did not even change the build.
    Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.

    Changer master inferno staff to inferno and using chudan and light armor. Suprisingly i found more effective than pre-nerfmire build (domihaus and illambris monster sets) Get rid of boundless

    bastions completely useless, if your pvp put in ito crit res
