I think that all depends on whoever reads your ticket. Sometimes you get a nice one that let's you buy whatever it is, but usually it seems to be a no and they tell you to wait till the item comes back to the store.

Really? I've always gotten what I've asked for. But then again it's the same lady I've always been dealing with. I wouldn't sell out the employee who has my back lol. But yea, ask and see. It's more likely you'll get your item that way than it would be if you kept making forum threads.
