In truth yes, as it could be perhaps poisoned or someone could lodge their leg in it still or maybe made for certain creatures to be trapped. It has points where it can get a target stuck.

Echatere Pelt for 25k is also a joke. I can kill multiple echateres in Wrothgar and skin them in my house, but have to pay this for a single piece - absurd. I'll rather put a Nord Rug, Bearskin on my wall which is way cheaper with a head
