How i have said in the title can you sell houses without destroyed walls and so on or atleast give us an option to repair it Zenimax? I think many houses would look even better without the broken columns(in the Psijik-house) and other Things like that.

I guess you could buy stone blocks and "repair" your walls. I'm not sure if you coukd get the full sized column and just slide that into place at the Psijic house though.

Yes i can try to repair it but then i waste Slots and the destroced Collumns at the grond are still there. So I would use something like 100 Slots only to cover the destroyed parts of the house and i think this is not the sense of it.

Quite a few have at least a little bit of damage, including some of the more expensive ones.

I recently noticed that a section of the stone 'terrace' around the second floor of Mournoth Keep is broken, but considering I've had the house for over a year and never noticed I'm not too bothered about it. If I remember correctly the khajiit manor house has a broken pillar in front of the entrance - which would bother me since if I ever bought one of the huge houses I'd want to make it look really fancy.

I guess it fits with the idea that we're getting these houses second hand at best, and many of them were abandoned for a while before we moved in, but it is annoying to be unable to repair it. I live in Europe where real-life houses over 100 years old are fairly common and some have been around for centuries and passed through dozens of owners and of course they acquire damage over time, and then the owner repairs it. To buy a house and then just leave sections cracked or falling down seems very strange.

(Unless it's my brothers old student house which developed a crack in the brick wall so wide you could fit textbooks in it...so they started using it as a shelf.)

That would also be advisable to make sure all the windows match up and you're actually getting all the floor space shown from the outside.

Oh wait, that doesn't happen in Tamriel.

This is something I have thought about often while walking around my fully decorated and gorgeous Hundings Palace. It bugs me that I have a beautiful property richly appointed with the finest furniture yet I can't fix the cracks in the walls or ceiling or replace broken paving stones on the ground. My idea to fix this would be for them to add a toggle in the housing options with a choice for a house having either a new appearance, and moderately used appearance, or completely abandoned and rundown appearance. It would definitely take some work on their end for the art team to modify the houses and the programmers to implement it in game but it would be a great housing update that would really let us customize the look of our houses.

Hundings is my favorite house some of my issues is that things aren't readily visible but when you look at things or do things you notice as an example look at the walkway/pillars in the back of the hundings manor its either the pillars/walkway or the tiles bellow aren't square thats just sloppy building and makes alignment of placed item messier

That would be great. I'd be fine with just 2 options - what we have now and a 'pristine' undamaged version. But an even more run-down version would be great too for some of my house ideas.

This stone has come off the top of the wall can not be moved or removed in the Serenity fall estate.
Don't make minor stuff but that is an eyesore.

That one is especially annoying as it would been removed as it block the stairs.
Don't mind that thing looks a bit worn down at least not for this house.

Yep, it's in the way, I don't mind broken things, it's a style. But this is a physical obstacle, this could be anywhere else, but it's in front of the main stairs.

Based on how often they use that exact same asset in other parts of the game, my guess is that they don't have an asset that could replace it. They really need to find that stoneworker who does the right stone work on stairs in Tamriel and get him to do some other job. All of his are broken.

Yes. Give us the option to use something like masonry repair kits etc from pvp. Good idea!
Edit: master crafters should get a bonus (ie use less kits to complete the job).

I have that house, and that drives me insane. I don't mind broken/run down, but in this case, it's not symmetrical and it's blocking the stairs, as previously mentioned. I keep trying to cover it with bushes and such, but everything looks funny because of the location.
