    It is the Packrat traveller. It was datamined a while ago but has never available as a pet so far.

    I'm not sure if it's my screen but the OPs picture is so dark I couldn't work out what it actually was. But based on the replies it's probably the packrat from the museum on Artaeum, which is slightly different to the data-mined pet. (Edit: it was my screen. Apparently my work PC is really dark.)

    Unfortunately neither version has been made available as a pet. I'd love it if it was though - I'd put it in the storage area in my house (along with the actual storage chests and 'ornamental' chests/crates/boxes).

    But maybe not in my crafter and sorcerer's house, my bachelors seem to be collecting cats so I'm not sure a rat would be safe.

    The Packrat was a pet in Morrowind's Tribunal expansion. I remember seeing it in a datamine when Summerset first hit the PTS, but it hasn't popped up since. Maybe it's slated for a crate?

    Yeah, that's where it's used in game. I was talking about store images being datamined when Summerset first hit the PTS. It was, at some point, slated to be used as a player pet, but we still haven't seen that version of it in game.
