For dungeon mask drops, do you need to do HM each time for double the chance drop?

✭✭✭✭✭Assuming you are asking about the Monster sets, of which the helm drops on the final boss, only one helm drops on final boss regardless if it is HM or not.
If you are speaking about the style piece to learn the monster helm for that given month, idk since I have not really cared about any of those appearances.0 -

Gatviper✭✭✭✭Just need to have the HM achievement for that dungeon for the double chance of motif drop. Even so, it's quite low, and a big RNG playfield (same for the shoulder motif from the chest). Last month I got that ugly clannfear helm motif right the second time I ran the dungeon, this month been in it for at least 20 times without luck.
For the masks themselves, just got to be in the vet dungeon, drop chance is 100% no matter HM or not.Life is a ride, like days in a train, cities rush by, like ghosts in the night.

I am told you just need the Hard Mode Achievement completed. After that doing it again has no effect on the drop rates. Though Vault of Madness isn't a difficult hard mode (I can't even tell what it does really) so I usually do it anyway just in case.
