PS4 Re-Ordering of Characters doesn't save

Minor bug compared to most in Bugmire... but yup, the re-ordering of characters on the selection screen doesn't save at all. Next time you login they go back to their original spots.

✭✭✭✭✭This is a known issue. If you look at the Dev Tracker they have a thread pinned there. I suggest providing your thoughts there and let that thread be the main thread, since it is.
