ESO Plus not working

I just got billed for ESO Plus a few days ago and now it's saying I don't have it. Wth?

    If your on a console do a hard reset and clear the cache. Load it back up and everything should work. I'm not sure about PC

    Nothing worked in my end, but I used Microsoft support chat and they fixed it.
