I will make this as short as possible.
I propose that we be able to place bounties on people inside of Cyrodil.
The player that has the bounty on them would have to survive 2 hours in order to keep the bounty placed on them.
If they go inside a keep the timer stops.
If they log out the timer stops.
If they are inside of a locked home gate the timer stops.
Simple.
I think this would create unique pvp experiences in parts of cyrodil that no one ever goes.
Especially if groups want to set a bounty on themselves they can create amazing pvp experiences.
Maybe it will help with lag.
If people outside of cyrodil receive alerts that a high bounty was placed on someone then this might also be a way to fill dead pvp servers.
Another thought is that this could become a passive skill line that would give a player certain buffs when "HIGH"( over 50K) bounties are placed on them.
What do you guys think and what would be the negatives and positives of this?
