Psijic Portals in Murkmire only give runes

I've found two so far on PS4 NA and they both dropped runes as if I'd looted runestones and not portals. They were on opposite ends of the map from each other. Submitted in-game feedback but thought I'd put it here as well.

✭✭✭✭✭Did you loot any portals in a different zone before that?
There seems to be a rather lengthy cooldown on the "cool" loot for Psijic Portals.
After the first two or three, you'll only get normal loot without any special drops for quite some time until it resets.
I haven't been able to time this exactly yet, but at least for me that has been a clear pattern ...

✭This is absolutely true. No set gear dropping from them whatsoever. I camped rune stones to make sure i was first to loot. Nothing but rune stones and occasionally they dropped amber.0
