Is healing ward bugged again?

Hi, many times I tried to cast the healing ward yesterday at Cyrodil while my health was dropping dramatically down to the point it was something like 1% then 0.1% and then 0% and it never, ever, cast on myself (or anyone else around me as far as I could see!).

The shield has lost its use by a lot already, but not working at all, this just can't be intended!!!

Just as a note, I hate most of your changes, I really do.

Not bugged. It got nerfed. The heal was removed from initial cast.

To be clear, you're aware the heal was removed, but are saying that you simply aren't having the shield itself applied to you either?

I have noticed a handful of visual effects aren't showing up for me in Cyrodiil as well; are you sure the visual effect isn't missing, but you are indeed having the shield applied to your health bar?

Maybe one of those things @GreenHere , I mean certainly i could not see the visual effects or see it on my health bar, however need to mention that Cyrodil was (still is to a good extent) suffering from terrible lag. So it could have been that (same way as how you hear the sound of taking a potion but you don't

).

And yes I realised it got nerfed ... Thanks for your replies anyway!
