✭✭✭✭✭It has been nerfed.
You won't really notice a massive difference unless you use skills that have travel times higher than 1 sec on average. The only skills with greater than 1 sec travel time on average is Snipe, Grim Focus, Crystal Frags and Dark Flare. My snipes landing percentage has increased by at least 50%.
Also the lingering dodge bonus has been decreased in duration, but it still exists.Edited by susmitds on November 7, 2018 4:53PM0 -
