List off some things that could potentially make taverns be a fun place to head to after adventuring for the day.
My suggestion would be something like card games, something similar to gwent from the Witcher or poker irl where you could bet money and have some fun. I think that would be really cool. List your ideas.

✭this is a game for singleplayers made in a multiplayer environment. Proof to this is empty zone chat 90% of the time even in capitals, and people not using chat even in dungeons when you tell them even by name. Not sure how many people would frequent a place like that. ✭✭✭I can build an Elf War-Balls (punctilious conflict) game table, but I don't know how to play! What do you do, ask permission to throw balls at each other, or politely smash each other's balls?
Have to admit I hardly set foot in taverns/inns, and limited seating in a public instance could be a problem, although it could contribute to it's popularity to see NPCs or players using it out in the open in towns.
It could make housing serve another purpose, as that is instanced. Or, maybe make an instanced games room inside the inn, with a player limit to reduce trolling and over crowding.
Games that require drinking and throwing sharp objects accurately would pull me in.Fear is the Mindkiller0
