Templar Jabs, bugged or intended?

I cant seem to spam jabs anymore. it seems to have a 1-2 second pause after each full jab duration. I noticed i can over ride this by weaving in a light attack between each jab. But I've also noticed that I can no longer weave in jabs after other attacks or animation canceling. This is very frustrating.

✭✭It has been frustrating me to no end. It's really buggy. Sometimes I can make it spammable by moving forward and back over and over again while spamming it. Sometimes the LA weave wont register.5 -

I myself noticed last night while trying to get a clip that while spamming jabs and moving forward at times I couldnt use jabs again for upwards to 5 seconds. It definitely HAS to be a bug and needs to be addressed immediately. It is my primary attack as a stamplar.0 -

It's definitely Murkmire. It started doing this on the Murkmire PTS on PC. I believe it may have something to do with an adjustment they made to jabs on in Murkmire.
