The Antimeta - friendly vet trials guild recruiting committed team players

Hi! 
The Antimeta was founded about six weeks ago, since which we have completed all Craglorn HM trials and vMoL. We are currently training vHoF and are looking for friendly and committed players to join us particularly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9pm CET. The most important quality we are looking for in new recruits is the willingness to patiently persist, spending 2-3 hours on each raiding night with us to master new mechanics and fluid group co-ordination. Even if you are not yet max CP, or fall slightly short of our DPS requirements-- IF YOU ARE WILLING TO COMMIT TO THE GUILD AND LEARN, WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN YOU.
Please apply if:
You want to be part of a team of friends who aspire for the hardest group achievements in ESO.
You are a DD with 35k+ dps- you will be guaranteed a place in our core group if you fulfil the other requirements.
Tanks and healer mains may apply, but there may not always be a free space if you do not also play DD.
You are usually available to play on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. We know things come up from time to time.
You are willing to make The Antimeta your main guild, and prioritize our trials over other in-game events.
Don't bother applying if:
You are an elitist who likes to blame and put others down.
You give up and leave the group after a few wipes.
You don't have, or are not willing to download, Discord.

Continuing with the recruitment for The Antimeta, we are now open to members who are looking to join us for afternoon raids on weekdays (starting roughly 14:00 or 15:00 CET, exact schedule not determined yet). These raids are intended to be progression runs, aiming towards completing as many of the trial achievements as possible. We're not looking to go after top scores, nor do we care about what builds you use, as long as you pull your weight within the team and maintain a patient and friendly atmosphere during raids.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with your class and role, and significant experience with veteran dungeons at the very least.
- 30k+ dps if you are a DD.
- Joining Discord is a must.
- You must be respectful of all other team members at all times.
- Absolutely no rage-quitting, or leaving the group after a few wipes (which will likely happen a lot).
