Can’t access one of Nlira Notes in Summerset

Doing the quest from King Havens Pass. However you need to find three notes which I did. However it still shows I’m missing note 18 and can’t find it and have finished the quest. My other half found note 18 but couldn’t find note 13. It seems once it’s conpleted you can’t access the fourth note. Seems a bit odd when it’s in the lore library. Any thoughts on this?

✭✭✭✭✭Check the entrance to the area, the area near where you start the quest and the area where you turn in the quest to finish it. Unread books should be in one of those 3 areas. They get moved, usually, to one place after quest is over.
Also if your using an addon, the author may not have it updated to show where things get moved.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
