I cannot play since the latest maintenance patch, as I have an average ping of 400.
I can login and everything but its unplayable. haven't changed anything. system itself is running smooth.
Any Ideas?

My Internet connection is working fine. It is just ESO which is not working as it should. I might try dissable addons but I havent changed them either since the last maintenance0
