PvE Healer. Purge slotted.

It's like this on all my chars too. Checked character stats and confirmed that purge is not giving the mag regen buff.

What happened? :(

    Are you still getting Magicka regain back? See if it's a visual error with the UI.

    It's not a visual error from what I can tell. :(

    I checked with stats, on all chars. It's not registering it as being slotted. :'(

    How that was possible "fix in ZOS way" something that wasn't broken at all before?
