I did not think ZOS would address the enchants as quickly as they did. Now that they have dealt with them appropriately, I feel that we need to start up the conversations and focus on speed.
My take, I am fine with the speed potion nerfs. I would personally like to see skills that give speed have their duration increased. If someone wants to float around the battlefield they should be able to do so albeit with the properly associated skill.
Example: Quick Cloak speed duration should be something like 8 to 10 seconds.

That change to quick cloak is massive. It was only like 4/5 sec before, increasing it to 8/10 is a huge buff.
8/10 should be boundless because of the high cost and little benefits. Class skills should be tweaked accordingly.
