Hard time to get Quickslot/pots to activate

During fights when I try to use potions to heal or get invisible with a lingering heal in PvE, I have to press several times to get it to work. I haven't had this happen before Murkmire, so something seem to have changed.

Eleguak✭✭Same, In BG's around the only time I do use Pots, Ill be mashing the button only to have my UI constantly tell me my Potion is ready as opposed to actually use it.
PC/NA On an Argonian using a a jewelry with a Glyph of Potion cooldown if that makes much of a difference.0
