So this is actually my friend who is having this issue. We are both using the same billing address information, and my account is all set up. We are both at the same bank, and have the same address on our bank accounts. When she tries to set up her recurring subscription it fails and says there is something wrong with the billing address, but there isn't. So she cannot play because it refuses to accept her info.
On top of all this the support site is entirely down, and will not load. So she really needs help to give ZOS money, cause apparently they won't take it.
