✭✭✭✭Pretty much all sets produce all weapons, even the useless ones.
You can get Bows of healing, Lightning staves that proc on melee damage, and shields that add damage to DW/2H skills.
They don't bother removing the impossibles from the loot table, so kill the end boss enough or search enough chests and you're bound to come across one.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...
Earn it.

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS0 -
