it's on 2018/11/5 21:52 EST.
When I got disconnected, I can't login for 30 minutes. It reported Error 200 all the time.

    The same thing has happened to me. Im in Australia, PC NA, getting error code 200

    I can't get announcement in login screen and launcher is stuck too.

    'Unable to download patch manifest' from launcher

    And

    'Could not retrieve announcements' error and failed login from game.

    Whats happening here zos?

    PC NA, I'm in Alaska, couldn't connect, then got the error mssg about already being logged in. So I shut down the launcher and came here to see if it was just a me issue. Oh, and I don't play ESO through Steam.

    I can login now. I'm not sure ZOS fixed it or not.

    I set server to EU and I can login. I cancel login and set it back to NA.
    I relaunch the game client. I can login again. Maybe you can try.

    was getting the same.

    manually downloaded the manifest file seemed to fix it

    I got disconnected when I was in Cyrodiil. I received ‘Elder Scrolls Online - Login From Unknown IP Address’ when I couldn’t login. It’s very weird.

    But I think ZOS doesn’t really care about this, about cheaters in ESO.
