Old rewards for the worthy, where are they?

Murkmire brought new sets in the Rewards for the Worthy. The patch notes mention the old sets are available elsewhere but doesnt obviously mention where. Can anybody enlighten me as to where the sets are sold/dropped now?

    Could you inform me which towns in Cyrodiil have which sets? Is it still one town has defensive sets and another has offensive?

    I'm pretty sure it's by weight.

    Bruma = Medium
    Cropsford = Light
    Vlastarus = Heavy
