EU - Steam - can't login anymore

I did ICP, after complete :
- none could leave the group
- teleport to a guild mate didn't work
- manually teleport somewhere lead to infinite loading screen, alt-f4
after that any attempt to login failed with timeout. Already tried restart pc, internet connection is fine.

I am PC EU on Steam and am getting time-outs trying to log in to the EU server. I just did horses etc on the NA server, with no problem logging in. Still not able to log in on the EU server though.0

Heimdarm✭✭✭every *** day there is something, i cant do battlegrounds cause of group finder, i cant play cause of 6+ hours maintenance, i cant do dungeon cause of group finder and today i can not even log in...
you should give every subscriber at least one month free sub for these downtimes1 -
