Dual Wield Swords w/ Caster

Do DW swords give any bonus damage for casters still? Basically curious if the Ruffian passive and Twin Blade and Blunt passives buff the damage of spells? Its clear the other passives specifically state "DW abilities" and "weapon damage" meaning dual wield expert likely no help.

I believe bomb builds still prefer swords because of their damage bonuses but just curious if theyre still there. Working on some new builds.

Ruffian never worked since it only boosts DW attacks specifically, but TB&B still applies though only for swords.

Destro staves are almost universally better since their 2 set-piece buff in Summerset, as well as the huge damage bonus light attacks received during that same patch.

Yes, you still get the damage bonus from Twin Blade and Blunt.

2H gives the same damage bonus, the Battle Rush stam recovery after killing a target, plus bonuses for light and heavy attacks -- but light/heavy attacks take longer.
