Warden's "in combat" bug

Any ETA on this bug's solution? You release patches one after another but this persists.
How much time do we need to quit "in combat" mode? Five minutes isn't too long? So much time I wasted to just wait.
Other day was running in panic from one keep to another on feet, because could not mount!
When will this madness end? Or maybe it's a game's feature and wardens must suffer while nightblades end the combat and enter stealth without any issues.
The below example, away from any fights or a keep, five minutes after I was involved in any healing (on a healer).
1. I can stay hidden...
2. ...while "being in combat"...
3. ...but naturally can't mount.
One of the most annoying "features" in open pvp makes me so much angry & helpless :'( .

✭And as of Murkmire we cant switch abilities while “in combat” anymore... so choose the skills you plan to use in pvp wisely because their is a chance you won’t be able to swap them for a good half hour1 -

Also by the same token, choose the keep you want to defend wisely to as you're going to be there a while
