Hey,
I just wanted to start the launcher after quite a while, but i cannot find it anywhere. In Program Files -> Zenimax Online -> should be a folder called "Launcher" i think, but it doesn't exist for me. I only have "depot", "game" and "vo_en".
The launcher folder doesn't exist anywhere on my computer, i searched for the folder and also for the .exe directly.

How do i update or uninstall the client now?
When i tried to run the install_eso.exe it doesn't open the launcher either, it just wants to directly install the game again i think.
If i just run the eso.exe file, the game starts and i have to login, but afer i do that, i get the message that the client is not up to date and then closes itself.

Any help is appreciated!
