Guild Bank Deposit Bug - 2 Years Later and Still Not Fixed

Any other guild masters absolutely cheesed off that this still has not been fixed?

Ongoing issues with players depositing gold into the Guild Bank, gold being deducted from their account, but not being received in the Guild Bank.

I've seen threads about this dating back 2 years...

In three years, I personally have not experienced this gold despoit issue. How does support handle these cases?

I know someone who had gold disappear when trying to deposit in a guild bank and support got her a refund that same day and sent her an additional 10k gold or so that she joked was “hush money.” She sent a pretty irate ticket IIRC. It was a US holiday, too.

It's happened to me. It's happened to my SO (who also plays, obviously). I hear about it from guild officers on a nearly weekly basis.
I've spoken, in person, to @ZOS_RichLambert about it.
I understand it's probably not a high priority compared to some other bugs, but it's still a pain point.

For a guild member it is no big deal. For GM's it is a royal pain in the neck since with 500 people in a guild the chances are a lot higher that someone gets hit by the bug

Last I heard it was like this:
You have to wait until you see the money you deposited to get added to guild total.
If you close the window earlier, money gets lost.

No, what you need to do is wait for the bank to load its inventory. Most guilds will lock down the ability to see how much gold is in it because of spies. As such, @Feleran's tip won't work. Just give it a few seconds for the inventory to load (it's usually automatic, but there is occasionally some lag) before depositing anything. If you were impatient and your gold or items disappear, submit a ticket to ZOS with the time and guild. They've been pretty good at refunding that gold.
