    Nope. ESO+ needs its rewards.

    BUT.

Add an option to expand bank space with gold beyond 240. Sometimes I'm not ESO+ and 240 slots can't even hold all the materials in the game, forget about putting other stuff. And I have 8 house chests full. This needs to be updated.

If you had bothered doing a search, this has been discussed a zillion times before and the result is usually the same. If you want the craft bag, subscribe. It’s as easy as that. ZOS knows full well that for the majority of us, we subscribe just for the craft bag itself. You honestly believe they would eliminate that cash cow? One thing they could do to make the craft bag more enticing is to add crafted furniture to the bag. I hate using my normal inventory for furniture items :)

The furnishing bag would be very helpful, yes. If only. 🙃

I usually keep gear I don't use in my chests in my home and then my regular gear on my toons. I use my bank to hold my crafting stuff and a bank toon with 200 spots as well. Not too hard but very annoying at times.

That will NEVER happen, why would ZOS make the one thing that most people get ESO Plus for, buyable?? No sense.

no need to sell craftbag for crowns. Better to make eso+ membership free for 24 hours as daily reward. (1-2 times per month)

MMOs require a predictable source of revenue. I’d rather they remove the paid demo version of the game and give everyone the craft bag. Would solve many problems.

Edit: just to make sure I am fully understood and offend the most free-to-play players, im specifically referring to making everyone subscribe in my comment above.

I know. It stings when someone calls you an F2P player playing a paid demo. Because you paid $10 a year ago for the game. It’s an MMO. MMOs are either subscription only or they are pay-to-win. This hybrid thing ZOS tried caused many more issues than it solved.

To everyone commenting 'Why would they do that?' I'm not saying they should or will. It was only an idea, and I wanted to see some opinions.

Geez, I know they wouldn't do it lol.

Not a bad idea, as it would help people who cannot get ESO+ regularly for their own reasons.

I don't object, I just know it will never happen - a lot of people sub just for the Craft Bag and they'd lose a lot of money.

What would be the point of subbing of you could just buy the bag? I would say 90+ % of people sub JUST because of the bag.

Would make me feel even more special than those elitists who feel special for spending $13 per month. Would make me feel like wiping my @$$ with silk. o:)

To be honest, I would not buy it. If they make the crafting bag buyable, it would be their last try to draw some money before server shutdown.

Instead of buying crowns, but ESO plus get the craft bag plus the crowns you would have bought.

Crowns and a craft bag for the same dollars.

At some point you paid for the game. It may of been $50 plus or it may of been $10...but at some point you paid for a limited feature version you know as F2P.

Buy to Play. Not Free to Play. I do not want to question the logic behind your post about the limited demo here, though, as I see your point.

Still, I think the ESO+ model is good, the price is well affordable and the new bonuses sound nice to me.

Or as an alternative ESO should have done this so long ago when the Crown Store first came out is to copy WoW tokens

IE: Seller buys WoW token for 20$

They get in game gold for it and the buyer decides whether to use it for 15$ Bnet Currency or a month of a sub

    So in ESO terms

First choice 1 month ESO Sub without crowns
    or 2nd choice 1500 crowns

Wishful thinking but it will never happen. ZOS would lose too much money in the long run because most players would drop their subscriptions in lieu of making just a one time payment for the crafting bag upgrade. I know I would if it did happen.
I would no longer need my subscription.

The incentive to subscribe to ESO+ is that you never have to pay for the DLC. I don't know why this is so hard for people to understand.

It's an integral part of the subscription and has been for a long time now, so opening it up to non-subscribers through the Crown Store would be clearly seen as a betrayal and slap in the face for those who had subscribed for this purpose for many months, probably prompting a lot of calls for reimbursement. Not going to happen.

The crafting bag itself is a slap in the face to all the DLC purchasers who were assured with "Tamriel Unlimited" that they were paying for the full experience.

ZOS looks at it as a pillar of revenue. Monthly revenue that is for years. How much is that worth in Crowns... Alot. DLC's come and go. Craft bag is forever...in Subs...

Actually, that is just part of it. Many subscribe for the crafting bag. I consider it a major incentive myself.

I don't use the craft bag.
Well I subbed for 3 or so years and have a lot of mats in my craft bag. No longer subbed and it's more time consuming to manage mule / bank / chest space but quite doable with a mule or 2 and a couple of add-ons to speed up the process.

The thing I think that sucks is the mats are used from my craft bag before mats that are in my inventory when crafting potions and food esc.

On the positive side there is usually an ESO+ trial period once or so a year to empty out those mules and start again.

People have paid so much money for eso plus simply for the craft bag. I can’t see them taking it away from eso plus for people to make a one time purchase. Plus it will make eso plus irrelevant.

    What limited feature version?

A demo is temporary, locking you out. Buying the game once gets you everything in the game. Buy each dlc or in a pack and you get dlc features.

A demo would be like if a game only let you get to lvl 10 unless you pay a mandatory subscription of $15 a month.... you know like that other big Mmo everyone is always using for comparison.

You can go from beginning to end, one end of the content to another and not pay a subscription.

The only limit is how much you craft, which isn’t even mandatory to enjoying the game considering crafted sets are barely useful. The most important part about crafting right now is learning styles. You make more money farming overland sets like Briarheart with one sale than you can six months of crafting. Selling to crafters is more lucrative than being a crafter and with the money you make you can have someone craft for you if your really need it.

No, crafting is a side dish. It’s the table side guacamole. Fresh guacamole is extra.

Well, let's look at what the craft bag actually is.

It does NOT have a cost to offer it remotely like the price. They simply design the game to overwhelm people with stuff to store, and then for almost no cost to them, offer the solution for $150/year.

So it's basically an added $150 in addition to paying for the base game and and extra content, for a properly designed inventory system.

Actual content like Morrowind and Summerset cost a lot to develop - the crafting bag does not.

It's giving people a crippled game and a very large surcharge to fix it.

It's tricky how to price MMO's and get revenue, but it should be understood what the crafting bag is.

Nevertheless, the crafting bag is too little of a carrot for people, who bought all DLCs before its introduction.

If I would sub for ESO+ after buying them, I would not feel tricked by Zeni, I would feel tricked by me.
