I'm sorry everyone for breaking the silence on this, but I think this needs to be reported and corrected.
The "proc" portion of Dk Volatile Armor (the -direct- damage that is returned to attackers when they deal direct damage to you procs Valkyn Skoria.
Direct damage. That procs Valkyn Skoria. O.o
I've abused this as much as anyone. But I think it's time Skoria gets toned down a bit in BG's - and we can start by fixing this bug.
For clarity I'm not talking about the DOT that is applied when activating Volatile. I'm talking about the direct damage inflicted back when receiving direct damage.

I dont know how this part of the skill is coded, but I could imagine, that the return dmg maybe actually be coded as a Dot, which only procs when you get dmg.
If thats the case then it may be working as intended. However that sound pretty wrong tbh....but jeah its ZOS everything is possible
